Our background

Antao & Chuang, Attorneys at Law has practiced United States immigration law since 1991. Our practice is limited to United States immigration law. Roger S. Antao, Esq. is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania; Enna Chuang, Esq. is admitted in New York and New Jersey. Both are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a voluntary national bar association of attorneys who practice and teach immigration law.

Because United States immigration law is federal, we represent clients located throughout the United States and throughout the world from our offices at 521 Fifth Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10175. We do not offer advice on the law of any state other than those in which our attorneys are admitted, and nothing on this website should be understood as an offer to do so.

Informational purposes only

The information on this website is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and does not constitute a legal opinion. It is general in nature, may not apply to your particular facts, and should not be relied upon in place of advice from a qualified attorney. Immigration law changes frequently. Material on this website may not reflect current legal developments, and we are not responsible for outdated material. Do not attempt to resolve an individual immigration problem on the basis of information found here. Any reliance you place on this information is at your own risk.

No attorney-client relationship

Reading this website, sending us a message through it, or contacting the firm by email or telephone does not create an attorney-client relationship. We accept new clients only after completing a conflicts check and executing a signed retainer agreement โ€” never on the strength of advertising materials alone. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information before an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing.

No claim of specialization

New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania do not themselves confer certification in United States immigration law. Neither Antao & Chuang, Attorneys at Law, nor any of its attorneys is certified as a specialist in United States immigration law by any authority having jurisdiction over legal specialization, nor do we claim to be specialists or experts in United States immigration law, and nothing on this website should be deemed to constitute any such claim.

No guarantee of outcome

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Every immigration matter turns on its own facts and on the law and agency practice in effect at the time. We make no promise, warranty, or guarantee as to the outcome of any matter.
